The training program may vary from one coach to another and takes place over several weeks (4 to 8 weeks in average). Each week contain various training exercise days and rest days.
Each exercise is composed of an execution video, a detailed description and precise indications to perform the exercise correctly: number of series, repetitions and break time.
The programs available through our application are varied and depend on the selected coach’s profile: work out your abs and legs, your back, your arms… Select as many coaches as you want to achieve the desired results.
