You just finished your training day? Congratulations!
What you need to do now is to validate it. This is an essential step to access your next training session.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Click on ‘Finished’ at the end of your training session (top right button)
- In the ‘Training’ menu (first tab), make sure that the little pictogram of the corresponding day is completely pink. If it is white and surrounded by pink only, this means that your day has not been validated.
Once your training program has been purchased (on the site or through the app), to benefit from it, log on to the app using the IDs used when creating your account.
Then, on the “My Coaches” page, activate the desired program and access your coach program by clicking on the ‘Training’ tab (first tab at the bottom) and let yourself be guided!

- Go to the ‘Nutrition’ tab (second tab at the bottom),
- Click on the corresponding nutritional program area to access it.
Training and nutritional programs are directly available in the app. To find out how to access it, we invite you to consult the section “How to access the contents of my training program?” and “How to access the content of my diet program?” of this FAQ.
Whether it is a training or nutritionial program, you can follow as many programs as you want. All your products will be automatically available in your account on the application once the purchase has been made.
When you make a purchase via our wesite, by clicking on the Cart tab, you will have access to a summary of your order. You will be able to insert your coupon code is the dedicated area. Simply click on the ‘Apply coupon’ button for the discount to be applied.
The training program exercises provided by the coaches will be expected to change after 2 to 3 weeks of training. Before that, any change is useless considering the fact that the structural and nervous factors will not have had time to be properly adapted to the effort.
As long as the number of repetitions given according to the first maximum repetition is respected, the evolution is INEVITABLE.
The nutritional programs featured by IMPULSE have been developed by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and contain several detailed diet recipes according to your desired results or dietary habits (example: weight loss, vegan, mass building or shredded program…
The IMPULSE diet tips consists of a list of recommended type of foods and the one you should avoid. Please note that these diet tips are for informational purposes, intended only to assist you and not validated by a professional.
Once you have accepted our Terms of Service before registering to our platform, no refund will be granted by IMPULSE FITNESS, wheter it is a training program of a nutritional program . The only exception to this rule is for customers who purchased a subscription program in 2017 (see “How can I cancel my Impulse Fitness subscription?”)
In the ‘My account’ section, you will have access to information such as your body mass index (BMI). You will also be able, thanks to the ‘My Evolution’ menu, to take a picture of you and upload it once you have finished a day of training.
I cannot access the next training day although I waited for the next day to be released. What shall I do?
Please make sure that you have clicked on the ‘Done’ button at the top right of your screen at the end of your training day. This is absolutely necessary because without this manipulation, the day will not be recorded as being done. If you are stuck despite everything, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
A password reset is possible via the application. All you need to do is click on the ‘Forgot your password’ area during the identification request. An email will then be sent to you to reset your password.
If, in spite of it, you did not manage to reset your password, contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will help you to retrieve your password

We offer free eBooks presenting your coach’s first training day content. To access this , it’s easy peasy! Hit the ‘Free eBooks’ menu and select the eBook of your choice!
The training program may vary from one coach to another and takes place over several weeks (4 to 8 weeks in average). Each week contain various training exercise days and rest days.
Each exercise is composed of an execution video, a detailed description and precise indications to perform the exercise correctly: number of series, repetitions and break time.
The programs available through our application are varied and depend on the selected coach’s profile: work out your abs and legs, your back, your arms… Select as many coaches as you want to achieve the desired results.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment before you start the all or a part of the Coach’s training program. By the use of the IMPULSE FITNESS PLATFORM, you certify that you have received consent from your physician to participate in the activities. Please note that IMPULSE FITNESS is not responsible for any injury that may result from its improper use
The Coaches found on the IMPULSE FITNESS App are not always certified trainers. Please note that IMPULSE FITNESS merely operates as a technical platform to allow its users to get connected to coaches operating on Instagram.

You have validated your training day but you cannot access the content of your next training day?
This is totaly normal. The training days realease is done day by day. This feature is made to observe recommended rest time between two sessions of exercises
You will then have access to the content of the next training day the next day, from 01:00 am.
For customers who purchased a subscription plan in 2017, we invite you to end your subscription by following the cancellation process below, depending on your purchase platform. Since 01/05/2018, IMPULSE no longer provides automatic renewal programs but only offers programs in a single purchasing system
